This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Hastings was a fifth rate 32-gun, ship. Used in the Indian Service.

Built at Bombay Dockyard, launched 02-May-1821, and of 566 tons builders measurement.

Broken up 1855.

Won the Battle Honours: Syria 1840, Burma 1852 and Baltic 1855.
