This the second ship to carry the name HMS Bridgewater was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built at Sheerness Dockyard, launched 1698, 110ft 6in long, 29ft wide and of 411 tons builders measurement.

Converted to a Fireship Jan-1727.

Rebuilt 1729 and re-rated as a sixth rate.

Broken up Apr-1738.
