HMS Venus (1807) (2nd)

This the second ship to carry the name HMS Venus was a fifth
rate, 36-gun, ship. Originally Danish, captured 07-Sep-1807 at the Battle of Copenhagen, and of 942 tons builders measurement. Used for harbour service from 1809. Sold 09-Aug-1815.
