This the seventh ship to carry the name HMS Unicorn, was a fifth rate, 36-gun, ship.

Built by Calhoun of Bursledon, launched 07-Nov-1782, 137ft long, 38ft 6in wide, and of 881 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Thalia 15-Aug-1783.

Broken up Jul-1814.
