This the first HMS Temeraire was originally French, captured
18-Aug-1759 off Lagos.
A third rate, 74-gun ship-of-the-line. Sold Jun-1784. Won the Battle Honours: Belle Isle 1761, Martinique 1762 and Havana 1762.
