This the second ship to carry the name HMS Norfolk was a third rate, 74-gun ship-of-the-line.

Built at Deptford Shipyard, launched 28-Dec-1757, 165ft 6in long, 47ft wide, and of 1,556 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Dec-1774 at Portsmouth.
