HMS Monarch (1832)  (3rd)
2nd Rate 84-gun

    
This the third ship to carry the name HMS Monarch was a second rate 84-gun ship-of-the-line.

Construction began at Deptford Dockyard, and she was transferred to Chatham Dockyard Feb-1825, where she was launched 08-Dec-1832. 194ft long, 52ft wide and of 2,225 tons builders measurement.

Used as a target 1862, and breaking up completed 03-Oct-1866 by White of Cowes. 

Won the Battle Honour: Baltic 1854.
