Wooden Screw Gunvessel 6-gun

    
This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Intrepid was a 6-gun, wooden screw gunvessel.

Built by Wigram of Blackwall, launched 13-Nov-1855, 201ft 6in long, 30ft 6in wide and of 862 tons builders measurement. Armed with 2 x 69pdr and 4 x 32pdr guns.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Sold 07-Oct-1864.
