This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Hannibal was a second rate, 91-gun, screw, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 31-Jan-1854, 217ft long, 58ft wide and of 3,136 tons builders measurement, displacing 4,735 tons.

Used as a hulk 1874.

Sold 12-Apr-1904.

Won the Battle Honours: Baltic 1854 and Crimea 1855.
