This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Falmouth was a fourth rate, 50-gun, ship.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 07-Dec-1752, 144ft long, 41ft wide and of 1,047 tons builders measurement.

Beached and abandoned 16-Jan-1765, at Batavia as unseaworthy after being in action at Manila.
