This the second ship to carry the name HMS Falmouth was a 58-gun, fourth rate, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Snelgrove of Deptford, launched 25-Jun-1693, 124ft long, 33ft 6in wide and of 610 tons builders measurement.

Captured by two French privateers in the Mediterranean, 04-Aug-1704.
