This the thirteenth ship to carry the name HMS Dragon was originally HMS Ormonde a fourth rate, 54-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Woolwich Dockyard, launched 18-Oct-1711, 130ft long, 35ft wide and of 704 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Dragon 30-Sep-1715.

Broken up 1733.
