HMS Avon (1862) (3rd)

This the third ship to carry the name HMS Avon was a paddle
gunboat used at New Zealand. Bought 1862, 60ft long, of 40 tons builders measurement and armed with 1 x 12pdr gun. Sold Dec-1863 used as a coal hulk and renamed Clyde.
