This the second ship to carry the name HMS Zebra was an 18-gun, sloop.

Built by Cleveley of Gravesend, launched 31-Aug-1780, 98ft long, 27ft 6in wide and of 314 tons builders measurement.

Converted to a bomb vessel 1800.

Sold 13-Aug-1812.

Won the Battle Honours: The Saints 1782, Martinique 1794 and Copenhagen 1801.
