3rd Rate 74-gun

    
This the third ship to carry the name HMS Vindictive was a third rate, 74-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Portsmouth Dockyard, launched 23-Nov-1813, 176ft long, 48ft 6in wide and of 1,758 tons builders measurement.

Reduced to 50 guns Oct-1832.

Used as a storeship at Fernando Poo. Foundered 1871.

Sold as a wreck 24-Nov-1871.
