HMS Vengeance (1824)  (5th)
2nd Rate 84-gun

This the fifth HMS Vengeance was the longest serving one of all. She was a second rate, 84-gun ship-of-the-line and remained in service in various roles until 1897.

Built at Pembroke Dock launched 27-Jul-1824.

From 1861 served as a receiving ship at Portsmouth.

Sold 10-May-1897.

Won the Battle Honour: Crimea 1854.
