HMS Triumph (1561) (1st)

This the first ship to carry the name HMS Triumph was a Galleon
which carried 68-guns.
Built in 1561 and of 741 tons builders measurement (bm). Rebuilt 1596 as 928 tons bm, and with 4 x 60pdr, 3 x 34pdr, 17 x 18pdr, and 8 x 9pdr guns plus 36 other smaller guns. Sold 1618. Won the Battle Honour: Armada 1588.
