This the third ship to carry the name HMS Thames was a fir-built, fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built at Chatham Dockyard, launched 24-Oct-1805, 127ft long, 34ft wide and of 662 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Oct-1816.
