HMS Sutlej (1902) CC  (2nd)

    
This the second ship to carry the name HMS Sutlej was an Armoured Cruiser.

Built by John Brown on the Clyde, laid down 15-Aug-1898, launched 18-Nov-1899 and completed 06-May-1902.

On completion joined the Channel Fleet 1902-04. Refitted 1904. Then went to the China Station 1904-06. Used as the Boys Training Ship America & West Indies Station 1906-09. Joined the 3rd Fleet 1909-14 then the 9th Cruiser Squadron Mid Atlantic Fleet 1914. Joined the 11th Cruiser Squadron West Coast of Ireland 1914-15.

Repaired at Devonport 1916. To the West Africa Station 1916-17.

Used as an overflow ship at Rosyth 1917-18.

Sold 1921.
