This the eleventh ship to carry the name HMS Success was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built by Sutton of Liverpool, launched 10-Apr-1781, 126ft long, 35ft wide and of 683 tons builders measurement.

Used as a convict ship from Jan-1814.

Broken up 1820 at Halifax, Nova Scotia.
