This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Pallas was a fifth rate, 32-gun, fir built, ship.

Built at Plymouth Dockyard, launched 17-Nov-1804, 145ft 6in long, 38ft 6in wide and of 667 tons builders measurement.

Wrecked in the Firth of Forth 18-Dec-1810.

Won the Battle Honour: Basque Roads 1809.
