Galleon 45-gun

    
This the first ship to carry the name HMS Garland was a 45-gun, galleon. Also known as Guardland.

Built 1590, and of about 700 tons builders measurement. Armed with 16 x 18pdr, 14 x 9pdr, 4 x 6pdr and 11 small guns.

Sunk 1618 as a wharf at Chatham.
