This the sixth ship to carry the name HMS Fame was a third rate, 74-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 08-Oct-1805, 176ft long, 48ft wide and of 1,745 tons builders measurement.

Broken up Sep-1817 at Chatham.
