This the first ship to carry the name HMS Diana was a fifth rate, 32-gun, ship.

Built by Batson of Limehouse, 124ft 6in long, 35ft wide and of 668 tons builders measurement.

Sold 16-May-1793.

Won the Battle Honours: Louisburg 1758 and Quebec 1759.
