This the third ship to carry the name HMS Devonshire was a third rate, 74-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built by Barnard of Deptford, launched 23-Sep-1812, 176ft long, 48ft 6in wide and of 1,742 tons builders measurement.

Used for harbour service from Nov-1849.

Breaking up completed 05-Jun-1869 at Sheerness.
