HMS Collingwood (1841)  (1st)
3rd Rate 80-gun

    
This the first ship to carry the name HMS Collingwood was a third rate, 80-gun, ship-of-the-line.

Built at Pembroke Dock, launched 17-Aug-1841, 190ft long, 57ft wide and of 2,589 tons builders measurement. Armed with 4 x 68pdr, 72 x 32pdr, 4 x 18pdr guns.

Converted to a screw ship 13-Jul-1861 at Sheerness.

Sold Mar-1867.
