This the fourth ship to carry the name HMS Blazer was a one gun, mortar vessel.

Built by Mare of Blackwall, launched -5-May-1855, 66ft long, 20ft wide and of 117 tons builders measurement. Armed with 1 x 13in mortar.

Took part in the Royal Fleet Review 1856.

Renamed MV3 19-Oct-1855.

Transferred to the Thames Conservatory Board Oct-1867.

Won the Battle Honours: Baltic 1855.
