This the second ship to carry the name HMS Jersey was a sixth rate, 24-gun, ship.

Built at Deptford Dockyard, launched 17-Jan-1694, 94ft 6in long, 25ft 6in wide and of 262 tons builders measurement.

Renamed HMS Margate 21-Oct-1698.

Wrecked 09-Dec-1707 near Cartagena.
