This the fifth ship to carry the name HMS Delight was an 18-gun, sloop.

Originally French (Sans Pareil), captured 20-Jan-1801 by HMS Mercury off Sardinia. 97ft 6in long, 28ft 6in wide and of 336 tons builders measurement, Armed with 18 x 24pdr carronades.

Sold Apr-1805.
