This the second ship to carry the name HMS Brocklesby was a Hunt Class destroyer escort.

Built by Cammell Laird, launched 30-Sep-1940, and commissioned 09-May-1941.

Appeared at the Coronation Review 1953.

Arrived at Faslane 28-Oct-1968 for breaking up.

Won the Battle Honours: Dieppe 1942, English Channel 1942-43, Atlantic 1943, Sicily 1943, Salerno 1943 and Adriatic 1944.
